Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

This document contains the terms and conditions for using the passenger transport services and the website operated by City Link Transfer. By using the website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made online through the dedicated form, by phone or via WhatsApp. Booking confirmation depends on fleet availability. Payment can be made in cash to the driver, by bank transfer or according to the prior agreement with our consultant.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellation or change must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of passenger no-show, we reserve the right to request full payment of the ride for recurring or contractual clients.

4. Passenger Obligations

Eating, drinking alcohol or smoking inside the vehicles is prohibited. Passengers must wear seat belts throughout the trip. Any intentional or negligent damage to the vehicle must be paid by the passenger.

5. Limitation of Liability

Although we take strict measures to ensure punctuality, City Link Transfer cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather, road accidents or other events beyond our control.
